Independent Contractor Sales Representative – Rogers Home Services

Company: DS Marketing Services Inc.

Location: Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke and surrounding areas)

Job Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for motivated, energetic, and ambitious individuals who enjoy meeting new people and want unlimited earning potential.

Whether you have sales experience or are just starting your career, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Visit residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
  • Present Rogers Home Internet, TV, and Home Phone services.
  • Explain current promotions and available packages.
  • Generate qualified sales and submit orders using approved systems.
  • Maintain professionalism and comply with all Rogers policies and privacy requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company with integrity.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based Independent Contractor opportunity.

Estimated Earnings

  • $1,500–$2,500+ per week for motivated performers
  • Top performers can earn significantly more

Commission is paid on approved and installed sales. Earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Reliable and professional
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required
  • Students, newcomers, and experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Must have a smartphone
  • Personal vehicle is an asset but not mandatory
