Job Summary
Scarolies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations . The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership role and demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service , and overall guest satisfaction while managing a team of dedicated staff.

Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the highest quality service and cleanliness
  • Managing servers , busboys , food runners , bartenders, hostesses,
  • Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and hospitality best practices.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
  • Monitor inventory levels at the bar and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase restaurant profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with a minimum of Five Years Experience or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully. And assuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
