About the Departments you will lead:
You’ll oversee the Spa Experience team responsible for maintaining the site and facilities throughout the day, and the Night Housekeeping team who prepare the facility for guests the next day.

This position oversees the following responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the site, including locker rooms, massage pavilion and parking lot.
  • Maintain water features including hot tubs and plunge pools to Scandinave Spa’s high standards and requirements.
  • Uphold guest standards, including the code of silence and device-free zone.
  • Support smooth guest flow and site presentation throughout the day.
  • Facility deep cleaning and nightly reset.
How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across day and night operations.
  • Define operational standards and processes and ensure they are consistently met.
  • Hire and train new staff members and support ongoing performance and team development.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, budgeting, reporting, and inventory.
  • Ensure health, safety and facility standards are consistently met.
  • Support teams in real time with guest or operational challenges.
Rooted in our values:
Success in this role goes beyond operational excellence. We're looking for a leader who embodies our values and creates an environment where teams can thrive while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Authenticity: we are welcoming and genuine. With the simplicity and quality of the experience we offer, we lead by staying true to the Scandinavian tradition through our locations, materials, and scents.
  • Team Spirit: we communicate, display empathy and work in a family spirit. We approach change in a positive way, are always willing to help, and rally around common goals.
  • Professionalism: we anticipate our guest needs and go above and beyond their expectations, we are experts, we perform at the highest level, we lead by example, are accountable and deliver great results.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ in hospitality, operations, or housekeeping
  • Strong leadership presence with a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable balancing admin responsibilities with floor leadership
  • Ability to lead by example and build strong team culture
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights
Employee Perks and Benefits
  • Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
  • Wellness program
  • Staff housing opportunities
  • Complimentary Thermal Journey access for you and one guest
  • Extended Health Benefits
  • Complimentary massage allocation
  • Discounts on food and beverages at the Bistro
  • Friends and Family discount vouchers
If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role and believe in creating calm, consistent, high-quality experiences for both guests and teams — this role is for you.
