Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior National Trainer, 1 year contract who is excited to shape learning experiences that truly make an impact. In this role, you’ll lead the preparation, delivery, and assessment of the National Training Calendar, Global Leadership curriculum, and TJXC Curriculum—giving you the opportunity to influence development at a national scale. You’ll also play a key role in driving learner engagement, contributing to communities of practice, and supporting broader L&D initiatives. What You’ll Do:

  • Plans, schedules, prioritizes, monitors, and delivers courses identified on the National Training Calendar through Instructor Led Training (ILT) & Virtual Led Training (VILT)
  • Provides training through Train for Trainers (T4T) and coaching to Market Trainers and other Community of Practice (COP) partners to support and build capability on facilitation techniques and adult learning principles to ensure a consistent approach to training across the organization
  • Reviews facilitation approach and evaluates course content for all assigned courses resulting from Global Talent Management programs, and partners closely with Delivery Manager to ensure solutions for delivery and facilitation of courses meet desired business learning objectives
  • Partners with L&D teams to provide awareness and recommendations on course facilitation outcomes to support development of existing and new learning needs for the business

About You:

  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in a training related role
  • DDI Accredited Facilitator; VILT Delivery certification and demonstrated experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence business partners to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the organization needs, build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor, including strong consulting, listening, and information gathering skills
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitation/presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives, experienced in creating communication messages and plans and participating/leading meetings/presentations
