Sussex Insurance – Coquitlam Westwood (Inside Superstore) located at 3000 Lougheed Hwy is currently seeking experienced Autoplan Agents (Level 1, 2, or 3) who are confident and knowledgeable in all aspects of Autoplan transactions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional looking for flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all Autoplan transactions, including renewals, transfers, cancellations, and new policies
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with ICBC and company policies
  • Maintain organized and confidential client records

Qualifications

  • Valid Autoplan Agent Level 1, 2, or 3 license
  • Experience in all aspects of Autoplan transactions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
