Consists of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who deliver a great customer service experience by demonstrating compassion and empathy towards our residents, family members and team. We embrace a holistic, resident centric approach to care by delivering personalized services at the highest quality.

How YOU make a difference

PSWs support and deliver on all personalized activities of daily living that meet our resident’s needs. This includes ambulatory support, personal hygiene, companionship and nutritional support.

PSWs are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team who build trusted relationships with our residents, families and teams with continuous ongoing and effective communication

Our PSWs document the completion of tasks on an electronic health record platform throughout their shift and are able to quickly identify and communicate changes in resident care needs to our clinical leads.

What YOU bring

  • Personal Support Worker Certification from a certified educational facility OR internationally educated nurse
  • Strong drive, respect and an understanding of the emotional and physical demands of the role
  • Focus on teamwork and customer service with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Volunteer/working experience in a Senior Living setting is an asset, not required
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required
  • Current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check (including a Criminal Background Check) or be willing to obtain one
