We are in search of a Line Cook!

Candidate must have a Valid Drivers License.

Closing experience required or 3 years industry experience.

Job Overview:

As a line cook you are responsible to prepare and deliver, prep and stock for lunch and dinner while providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy hotel restaurant.

You will also undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibility and accountability for the all shifts. Additionally, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Superstar Status:

  • Be experienced in areas of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment operation
  • Be accurate, consistent and organized
  • Be committed to cleanliness and making effective impact
  • Be striving to create nothing but pure awesomeness and just Be You!!
  • 2-4 years of culinary experience
  • Food Handler’s Certificate
