We believe in investing within the team members we hire and strive to provide a culture within our tasting room that excites individuals to be a part of it. Our focus is to showcase our wines with passion and enthusiasm while living our values everyday.

The Guest Experience Lead is the leader on the floor, accountable for delivering a highly personalized, VIP-caliber guest journey, through polished storytelling, exceptional service execution, with a focus on guest and club member engagement. This role also works closely with the Estate Manager to drive revenue performance, support team readiness, facility presentation and consistently elevate the brand identity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the execution, and continuous elevation of premium guest experiences that are hosted at the winery. These experiences will include tastings, curated VIP experiences and tours
  • Lead a VIP-level service model that anticipates guest needs, recognizes returning guests and members, and uses guest insight, preferences, purchase history, and lifetime value to personalize every interaction
  • Uphold uncompromising service and presentation standards, including arrival experience, pacing, glassware, table setup, cleanliness, building readiness, and the overall condition of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces
  • Coach, train and develop team members to deliver confident storytelling, product knowledge and disciplined service excellence
  • Drive performance across DTC channels, including POS and Club revenue, private and VIP experiences, on-site and off-site events, club member signups and member retention
  • Alongside the Estate Manager, analyze guest feedback, service observations, and performance metrics to refine the guest journey, strengthen loyalty and improve repeat visitation, while identifying opportunities for service and operational improvements

What You Bring:

  • Formal wine knowledge is highly preferred (WSET 2 or above)
  • Experience in leading a team is an asset but not required
  • 3+ years hospitality experience, preferably in a premium environment
  • Valid Serving it Right certification or equivalent is required
  • Experience with Commerce 7 & TOCK is an asset
  • Strong customer service abilities, with a professional and gracious demeanour
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, while constantly adapting to shifting priorities
  • Collaborative, with excellent communication and problem solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Eligibility to work in Canada without a sponsorship and fluency in English
  • Ability to lift up to 40/lbs regularly and stand on your feet for long periods of time

Why Join Our Team?

  • Competitive Compensation: The posted wage range is commensurate with related skills, qualifications, and education
