Quality Inspector - Leamington, ON

We are seeking a Quality Inspectors to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday (the odd Saturday is required). There is no mileage with this position.

Wage & Shifts:

  • $17.60 per hour
  • Full time, Monday to Friday, days and afternoons will vary
  • Mandatory Saturdays when required

Qualifications:

  • Must have your own reliable transportation to commute to Leamington
  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient at writing, speaking, reading and comprehending English

Responsibilities:

  • Visually inspect automotive parts for defects, damage, or missing components according to quality standards.
  • Sort and separate conforming and non-conforming parts.
  • Package inspected automotive parts according to customer packaging requirements.
  • Accurately complete and maintain production paperwork and inspection records.
  • Report quality concerns, production issues, or material shortages to the Team Lead promptly.
  • Follow work instructions provided by the Team Lead and work effectively as part of the team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all quality and safety procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned
