Full job description

The Villa Eyrie Resort is looking to hire a dedicated Line Cook for this unique experience. Voted Top 100 Most Romantic and Best Restaurants in Canada, join the Villa Eyrie Resort culinary team and create delicious masterpieces alongside our Michelin-Star trained Executive Chef and our amazingly talented chefs!

Located only 15 minutes north of Langford or Colwood, spend your days working at one of the best and most beautiful restaurants on Vancouver Island.

What you will need to be a part of our great team….

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Hold a valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle to get to the Resort & Track as there is no public transportation in our location

What you will do….

  • Cook alongside the best chefs on Vancouver Island, including our Michelin-Star trained Executive Chef
  • Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality
  • Fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
  • Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
