  • Material Mastery: Work daily with various specialized stones, plasters, and acrylics, understanding how they behave and cure.
  • Lab Operations: Maintain a highly organized, clean, and safe laboratory studio environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • An Artistic Background: A degree, diploma, or strong portfolio in fine arts, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry-making, or model-making is highly valued.
  • Exceptional Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and immense patience when working with small, detailed objects.
  • A Commitment to Precision: An individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship and understands that small fractions of a millimeter matter.
  • Long-Term Career Focus: Someone looking to settle into a permanent role, grow with our clinic, and master a traditional trade.
