Full job description

  • Research and analyze current trends and scientific advancements in wellness, hydration, and electrolytes.
  • Conceptualize and develop new product ideas, formulations, and solutions to meet consumer needs.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure product viability, safety, and compliance.

  • Coordinate sensory validation, nutritional analysis, stability studies, and product certification activities with the respective internal and external teams.
  • Source, assess, and qualify ingredients, packaging materials, and manufacturing partners to support product development and optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct ingredient assessments and coordinate supplier validation as part of new supplier onboarding, cost optimization, and supply chain improvement projects.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address formulation or production challenges in close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments—including Sales, QA, Operations, and Regulatory—to ensure the technical feasibility and commercial success of new product launches.
  • Support shred and internal audits by completing assigned checks and documenting findings and required actions.
  • Manage customer and in-house sampling requests in accordance with approved sampling procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones from concept to launch.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all products meet compliance standards.
  • Gather consumer feedback post-launch to inform future product iterations.
