In this role you will help our customers place orders, understand their DNA test results, and get timely, accurate answers.

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers with order-related questions, explaining our products and services and results interpretation
  • Triage issues, identify the root cause, and coordinate internally to resolve them
  • Accurately log and track interactions across internal systems
  • Ensure all communication aligns with company policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as the bridge between customers, operations, and sales to ensure accurate and timely flow of information
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes based on frontline customer feedback

  • Bachelor of Science degree (preferred)
  • Fluency in English (minimum C2 Level)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to stay neutral and factual in customer facing conversations
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms (CRM, workflow management and other internal tools)
  • Strong judgment: you know when to escalate and when to resolve independently
  • Organized and efficient; you don’t let things fall through the cracks
