IT SAP Functional Consultant -Customer Care & Service (CCS) Billing & Invoicing

  • Pay Rate: $103.37 hour, depending on experience
  • Contract Length: 1 year

Raise is currently hiring an IT SAP Functional Consultant -Customer Care & Service (CCS) Billing & Invoicing on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is one of the largest electrical energy suppliers in Canada


Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.


Description

The SAP Functional Consultant, specializing in Customer Care & Service (CCS) Billing & Invoicing in this role will act as a lead consultant, driving SAP implementation services, enhancements, and production support. You will be instrumental in aligning SAP standard solutions with our clients utility billing management processes to help them achieve our organizational objectives safely, efficiently, and on budget.


Responsibilities

  • Solution Leadership: Lead full-cycle SAP implementations and enhancements from project preparation through to cutover and go-live support, adhering strictly to methodologies, standards, and policies.
  • Billing & Invoicing Configuration: Drive business requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, detailed functional design, and hands-on system configuration specifically within SAP IS-U Billing management processes.
  • Enterprise Integration: Implement SAP solutions and design complex integrations with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Technical Design: Author comprehensive functional and technical design specifications, reports, interfaces, conversions, workflow, and user interface designs.
  • Project Delivery: Manage and execute project deliverables for approved enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring they are completed with high quality, safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide professional guidance, expert advice, and knowledge transfers to business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • (7) years of SAP implementation and support experience (including project implementation, enhancements, and production support).
  • (5) years of experience in Program/Project Management, Lead Consultant, Integration Manager, or Solution Architecture roles.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must-have.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with IS-U configuration, specifically in Billing and Invoicing management processes.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills tailored for a professional corporate environment, with proven client management and facilitation skills.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills & Assets
  • Experience working within an Agile collaboration framework.
  • Knowledge of the SAP Utilities industry leading practices and SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in balancing SAP standard solutions with the appropriate level of custom enhancement to meet unique business requirements.
  • Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Certification.


Additional Information

  • Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment.
    • Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network.
