What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage events, activities, and conferences for interns during their internship;
- Interact with interns through various activities in order to improve the overall internship experience;
- Participate in improving projects and documentation for best practices;
- Analyze surveys and put into action recommendations;
- Participate in projects in relation to diversity and inclusion (D&I);
- Manage the “Women in Engineering” program in partnership with D&I;
- Support the team with their visibility on campus;
- Interact, train and support managers throughout the internship program.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication;
- You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365;
- You are a great team player and possess good interpersonal skills;
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French);
- You are thorough and meticulous and have rigorous work ethics;
- You are organized and well structured;
- You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor;
- You are creative and proactive in problem solving;
- You can maintain strict confidentiality when require.

- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
