Don't let good hard working people go, just to keep the little greedy manager sitting thinking about his bonus. Numbers are not the most important thing.

The only background checks I was aware of were drug & alcohol tests taken prior to starting & also periodic checks before starting on new work sites. Driver abstracts were also checked yearly to ensure no driving restrictions.

Was a positive environment for the most part. You become a type of family due to hours with each other helping each other out getting the goal of productivity among other goals completed. Not just for the company however for the client and in the end for its employees as well.
