Electrical / Automation Engineering Recent Graduate - Global Trainee (Ontario)

Role
During your time as a Global Trainee (GT), you will:
- Observe core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities.
- Collaborate on critical projects execution.
- Learn about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
- Analyze information and prepare different deliverables as reports and processes. Gain deep knowledge of the processes exposed to.
- Maintain regular contact with other areas of the company and interact with different hierarchical levels in order to achieve the expected performance and results.
- Develop and manage a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
- Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Less than 4 years of related professional experience.
- Graduated with an engineering degree in the last 4 years; specialization in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics.
- Excellent Office Suite skills.
- Self-driven and self-starter.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Enjoys fast paced environment.
- Loves to learn and able to execute high level results.

- Accurate - pays strong attention to detail and ensures correct reporting
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $69,000.00– $90,000.00 annually.
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market considerations. In addition to base pay, Tenaris offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental coverage, retirement savings plans, performance-based and company bonuses, vacation and personal time off, wellness program, professional development opportunities, and more.
