About the Role: We're expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic professionals to join us as Art Sales Consultants. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our gallery's growth. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Welcoming customers and delivering accurate information with a high level of service excellence.
  • Providing a personalized and luxurious sales experience to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Managing administrative tasks and gathering feedback from gallery visitors.
  • Meeting sales targets set by management, focusing on high-value artworks.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our esteemed clientele.
  • Supporting gallery operations and collaborating on event planning with our team.
  • Upholding the gallery's impeccable presentation and assisting with art handling as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Graduates from a Business School or with a commercial background, ideally possessing at least 2 years of sales experience in a luxury or art environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a passion for fostering client relationships.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to enhancing gallery performance.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the art market and luxury environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Motivated, dynamic, and adaptable individuals eager to contribute to our team and organizational growth.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools is advantageous.
