Adera Natural Stone Supply is one of Western Canada's leading suppliers of premium natural stone products. We work closely with architects, designers, builders, and contractors to help bring exceptional projects to life.

As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with the Architecture & Design community and is excited by the opportunity to build a territory, develop long-term client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a respected industry brand.

About the Opportunity

This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role that combines showroom consultations, project support, business development, and relationship management.

You'll spend time working with architects, designers, builders, and contractors to help them select the right materials for their projects while also developing new opportunities throughout the market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of clients, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and becoming a trusted resource within the A&D; and construction community.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Building and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, and developers
  • Supporting clients with product selection and project recommendations
  • Conducting showroom consultations and presentations
  • Growing and managing a territory through proactive business development activities
  • Visiting architecture and design firms, job sites, and project offices
  • Providing guidance on product capabilities, applications, and installation considerations
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from specification through delivery
  • Identifying new opportunities and helping expand Adera's presence within the market

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of sales experience within the Architecture & Design, construction, building materials, or related industries
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Understanding of the architectural specification process
  • A self-starter who is comfortable managing both inside and outside sales activities
  • A consultative approach to sales and customer service
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

Annual Salary plus commission and car allowance

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
