Timberstone is a wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products across Western Canada. We are privately owned with our Head office located in Saskatoon, Sk and 6 locations in Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Kelowna.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Web Site Visualizer requests and design of customers projects
  • Work with and assist all customers with the selection process along with notifying and recording information for builders
  • Create customer selection visual packages using PowerPoint and other tools to assist customer with visualizing there project thru out the build.
  • Receive customer orders daily via in person, email, and phone
  • Verify customer information on each order when received against company database to confirm all contact information is correct; update database where necessary
  • Verify order information is correct on each order when received and that all merchandise purchased is in stock and priced correctly
  • Contact customer directly on each order when received if there are questions regarding customer information or discrepancies between customer information on the order and the company database
  • Contact customer directly on each order when received if there is an issue with the order, such as merchandise pricing difference, shipping delays or other concerns
  • Enter order into fulfillment system for processing, including packaging and shipping preparation; verify order is correct prior to shipment
  • Notify customer when orders is received and shipped using the customer’s preferred contact method on each order received
  • Answer customer service line and field customer questions and complaints if necessary
  • Work in show room and assist customers with there product selections
  • Work with customers on design and color selections
  • Work directly with the outside’s sales team

Job Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Secondary Education in Design or Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training
  • Customer service experience
  • Team orientated

Preferred:

  • Design experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
  • Building materials knowledge in either exterior or interior product lines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
