Now we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This role involves developing and executing strategies to promote our services, engage with customers and potential customers, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively provide value to our customers and industry partners.

Experience in previous customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus, along with bilingual capabilities to reach diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative marketing solutions.

Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Drive Value-First business development by pursuing outbound B2B opportunties and nuturing strategic relationships with industry stakeholders
  • Conduct services demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and at promotional events and other events
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders
  • Brand Content & Media relations
  • With our team, utilize social media platforms and other channels to promote products and company initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members on campaign development, market research, and outreach efforts
  • Represent the company at trade shows, and community events
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong marketing knowledge with an understanding of current trends and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
  • Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
