- Issue and collect valet tickets while maintaining accurate vehicle records.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct visual vehicle inspections and report any existing or new damage immediately.
- Ensure all parked vehicles are properly secured by locking doors and relocating visible valuables to the trunk whenever possible.
- Maintain efficient curbside operations by returning promptly to the valet stand to greet arriving customers.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Are the Working Conditions?
- Competitive hourly wage.
- Fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, valet, parking, retail, or a customer-facing environment.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
