Taco N Tequila is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a mature, professional candidate with proven restaurant experience who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $25.00 per hour

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and supervising a large front-of-house team
  • Maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Coaching, training, and motivating staff
  • Managing daily operations and shift execution
  • Handling guest concerns professionally and confidently
  • Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
  • Working closely with management to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
