Taco N Tequila is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a mature, professional candidate with proven restaurant experience who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $25.00 per hour

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and supervising a large front-of-house team
- Maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coaching, training, and motivating staff
- Managing daily operations and shift execution
- Handling guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Working closely with management to achieve operational goals
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
