Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, and enterprise technology platforms. The successful candidate will lead a small team while providing technical leadership across application, infrastructure, cloud, database, and security domains.

This role is ideal for a hands on technical leader who can provide strategic direction while actively supporting and modernizing enterprise platforms.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small technical team.
  • Drive end to end application support and solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • 8+ years of IT experience with proven technical leadership.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
  • End to end application support experience covering:
o Network
o Storage
o Security
o Single Sign On (SSO)
o Active Directory
  • Experience managing vulnerabilities, security remediation, and OS compliance violations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Hands on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience with middleware and integration technologies.
  • Experience with Powershell Scripting
  • AWS expertise including:
o Lambda
o S3
o RDS
o DynamoDB

Nice to have:
  • Experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • AWS and Microsoft certifications are a plus.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000–$110,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
