We are committed to providing tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs, supporting both residential and commercial markets with our head office in Edmonton that serves North American and international customers effectively.

Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy golfer who loves solving challenges and helping people?

Par2Pro is looking for a Golf Simulator Tech Support Specialist to join our tight-knit, 15-person team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires a unique blend of technical curiosity, precise attention to detail, organization, and a genuine passion for golf simulators.

In this role, you aren’t just reading scripts—you are a technical detective. You will dive deep into advanced golf simulator systems, troubleshoot complex software/hardware integrations, and ensure our clients get back to formatting their perfect drive. If you love independent problem-solving and want to be a vital VIP in a growing small business, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Client Technical Support: Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting for complete golf simulator setups (including high-end launch monitors, tracking software, computers, projectors, enclosures, and more) via phone and email.
  • Issue Analysis: Evaluate incoming issues to determine if they require local troubleshooting or manufacturer escalation, acting as the primary liaison to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Client Technical Knowledge: Discussing technical product details with clients both verbally and electronically before, during and after the sale
  • Showroom & System Testing: Assemble, configure, and test golf simulator hardware and software systems in our local showroom.
  • PC Optimization: Configure and optimize Windows PCs specifically tailored to run resource-heavy simulator software at peak performance.
  • Internal IT Support: Assist our contracted external IT company with basic in-office network, hardware, and software maintenance.
  • Media Participation: Bring your personality to our brand! Participate occasionally in our informational YouTube videos, both on and off-screen.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching manufacturer updates, reading reviews, and analyzing documentation.
  • Test the tech firsthand: Spend time playing golf on our in-house simulators to deeply understand the user experience and product nuances.
  • Learning all products in the industry through manufacturer documentation, staff experience & info, forum / YouTube / internet information, hands-on setup, and other resources.

What We Are Looking For

  • The Essentials: Proven experience with Windows PC troubleshooting, network basics, and providing customer-facing technical support.
  • Golf Knowledge: A good understanding of golf and/or golf simulators is required to effectively communicate with our passionate client base.
  • Mindset: Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively under deadlines.
  • Team Player: A positive, reliable attitude. We are a small business where everyone pitches in to help the team succeed.
  • Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and reliable transportation to our Edmonton office.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wage ($25.00 - $30.00/hr)
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Extended Health Benefits
  • An energetic, collaborative work environment where your impact is directly felt
  • The ultimate perk: Testing out the latest and greatest golf simulator technology on the clock!

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • Life insurance
  • On-site parking
  • Vision care
