This is NOT a typical shop job.

If you’re used to slow pace, cutting corners, showing up late, or needing constant direction this wont be the place to work.

We are hiring immediately for a Mobile Automotive Technician to support high-demand service across the GTA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Oil changes (LOF)
  • Tire services (on-rim, repairs, basic installs)
  • Light mechanical work
  • Mobile service at commercial & fleet locations
  • Complete ALL work orders digitally and accurately (no shortcuts)

WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

  • Show up ON TIME — every shift
  • Move fast and stay organized
  • Follow instructions and company process exactly
  • Communicate throughout the day (no disappearing)
  • Complete ALL assigned work — no partial jobs, no shortcuts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
  • Be professional, polite, and approachable with clients
  • Represent the company properly at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Heavy lifting required (tires, equipment, tools)
  • Ability to work on your feet all day
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in garages

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full G License (clean driving record REQUIRED)
  • Minimum 5 years automotive experience
  • Comfortable driving a service van daily
  • Strong communication skills (this is critical)
  • Ability to work independently without supervision

VEHICLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Company vehicle must be handled responsibly at all times
  • Cleanliness and care are expected
  • Any negligence or carelessness will not be tolerated

COMPENSATION:

  • Paid per job or hourly (based on experience)
  • High performers will earn more — simple
