Quality Control Inspector

You know that feeling when you walk into a brand-new home and everything is just right?
The paint lines are clean. The cabinets line up perfectly. The flooring is flawless. The homeowner smiles because they can tell someone cared.
That someone is our Quality Control Inspector.
At Bedrock Homes, we don't build houses, we build homes where people will celebrate birthdays, raise families, and create memories for years to come. Before we hand over the keys, we need someone who is obsessed with quality and takes pride in catching the details others miss.
We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector who loves construction, notices everything, and wants to play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll spend your days inside beautiful new homes throughout Calgary, working alongside our Construction team, trades, and leadership group to make sure every Bedrock home meets the standard we're known for.
What You’ll Do
Every day will look a little different, but you will:- Perform detailed quality inspections on homes nearing completion.
- Identify deficiencies in finishes, workmanship, materials, and installation.
- Create and manage deficiency lists for construction teams and trade partners.
- Ensure homes meet Bedrock standards, municipal requirements, and applicable building codes.
- Work closely with Site Superintendents to resolve quality concerns quickly.
- Maintain detailed inspection records, photos, and reports.
- Assist with possession preparation and homeowner presentation readiness.
- Identify recurring quality issues and help improve construction processes.
- Become a trusted advisor to the construction team on workmanship and finishing standards.
Who You Are

- Have an even temperament in challenging situations
- Communicate clearly with clients, trades & co-workers.
