SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI :

La personne titulaire du poste est responsable de prévoir des activités sociales, récréatives et éducatives afin de promouvoir ou de maintenir le niveau maximum d’indépendance et d’activation des patients hospitalisés.

EXIGENCES :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou d’études générales (GED) plus un programme supplémentaire dans le domaine d’intégration communautaire ou sciences sociales d’une durée de plus de six mois et allant jusqu’à un an ou l’équivalent;
  • Expérience en milieu éducatif, en animation, en loisirs, en intervention ou en relation d’aide est un atout;
  • Capacité d’organiser des activités de groupe ou individuelle;
  • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation, créativité et capacité d’adaptation;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d’éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
    • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
