Job Title: Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Part-Time
Job Summary:
Expect Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care for a client recovering from a motor vehicle accident.
- Location: Shelburne, ON, L9V 2Y6
- Schedule: Part-time (2 days per week: one 4-hour shift and one 3.5-hour shift)
- Language: Fluency in Tagalog is preferred / a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assist with the client's prescribed exercise and stretching program.
- Monitor skin integrity, nutrition, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Complete laundry and change bed linens.
- Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.
Qualifications & Assets:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
- Valid work permit (if applicable).
- Ability to speak Tagalog is a strong asset.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor.
