Duties

• Handle guest services related to food or hospitality, including answering questions about products or services.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a virtual environment.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies and customer service best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that arise during interactions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, guest services, or food service is preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus, especially for roles involving family or educational services.
• Strong public speaking skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in virtual settings.
• Proficiency with cash handling procedures and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

Pay: $48.00-$50.00 per hour
