The Job

Step into the spotlight as the friendly face of AquaTerra! You’ll be the one greeting guests with a smile, guiding them to their perfect table, and making sure their experience starts off just right! From handling to-go orders, delivering room service, as well as keeping breakfast, lunch and dinner service running perfectly, you’ll play a key role in making every meal smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

 What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their experience
  • Manage the reservation and seating process efficiently to optimize flow and minimize wait times
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth dining operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions to enhance their experience
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
  • Uphold the brand’s hospitality standards by delivering consistent, thoughtful service

Who We're Looking For

  • MUST be available to work early mornings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays
  • Previous server/host experience
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized and efficient, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who listens actively and responds empathetically
  • Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude
  • Team player who collaborates well across departments
  • Proactive and attentive, always looking for ways to improve guest experiences
  • Reliable and punctual, committed to supporting seamless restaurant operations
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
