Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a vibrant environment where guests feel valued and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with basic math skills
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
  • Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management
  • Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation to create positive dining experiences
