Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Server/Bar Supervisor to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role involves overseeing daily service operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, food industry knowledge, and the ability to motivate and coordinate team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
  • Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
  • Manage guest interactions with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
  • Assist in training new staff on restaurant policies, POS operation, and customer service techniques
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and promote teamwork among restaurant personnel
