Full job description

We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to perform service on plumbing and heating systems in low-rise buildings and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Troubleshoot, service, and maintain heating systems and boilers
  • Identify and address plumbing problems in high-rise apartment buildings and commercial properties
  • Clear blocked drains of various sizes using drain machines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with potable water and/or drain piping in high-rise buildings and commercial properties
  • Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings

Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment

  • NEW CONSTRUCTION plumbing experience.
  • Install, service, and maintain backflow prevention devices - Not required, but would be a plus

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Plumbing License - Up to date - required OR Apprentice 3rd year and up
  • Class G Ontario Driver's License - Up to date - Clean driving record - required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$54.00 per hour
