Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in operating various sizes of excavator for water and sewer trenching. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site, including trenching ,sloping , grading and excavation tasks. The Operator will work closely with team members to complete projects safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators to perform tasks such as backfilling and digging.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition through regular inspections and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices.

Qualifications

  • Basic excavator knowledge with experience in operating heavy machinery.
  • Proficiency in excavator operation .
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
