Now Hiring: Dental Receptionist/ Dental Assistant/ Clinic Float – Welland, ON

Looking for a workplace where you'll feel valued? We'd love to meet you!

We're a friendly, patient-focused dental office in Welland looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to become part of our team. We believe a great first impression starts at the front desk, and we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. Our team has been together a long time and "play" as hard as we work!

In this role, you'll:

  • Welcome patients with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
  • Schedule appointments and help keep our days running smoothly.
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions.
  • Help with sterilization when needed/ support clinic when needed.
  • Help with insurance claims and treatment estimates (experience is an asset).
  • Work closely with our clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Must have previous dental reception/assisting experience
  • Is comfortable using computers and dental software
