What you'll actually do

• Answer inbound calls from people who already need storage — these are warm leads, not cold calls.
• Ask good questions to understand what they're moving, and recommend the right size and location.
• Quote pricing clearly and confidently.
• Ask for the booking and secure the rental on the call — this is the part that matters most.
• Log details accurately and follow our quality and policy standards.

You'll do well here if you…

• Can juggle a call, a screen, and a keyboard at the same time.

Nice to have (not required)

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or call-centre experience.
• French — bilingual advisors also handle our French queue and earn a $0.50/hour French premium. If you speak French, tell us; it's an asset, not a requirement for this English-language role.
• Secondary school completed.

How we hire

We don't hire on resume alone. As part of the interview, you'll do a short working interview: a realistic mock call where you help a "customer" choose a unit and ask for the booking. We're looking at how you handle the moment of decision and how you take a quick piece of coaching. No prep needed — just be yourself and give it a real try.
