Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a Corporate Health & Safety Manager to join its dynamic team in Montréal, QC Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. The Corporate Health & Safety Manager plays a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture across North American operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting both employees and leadership in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Promote and support a strong health and safety culture across all operational teams
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Monitor compliance at four locations around North America. Quarterly visits required
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries, and facilitate root cause analysis with corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate safety policies
- Ensure compliance with all safety training requirements and onboarding for new employees
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records including software safety system
- Assist with the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and management to identify and mitigate operational risks
- Monitor safety performance indicators and report regularly to senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a leadership role for Health & Safety in industrial or major project environments
- Strong knowledge of government regulations and safety standards
- Experience conducting incident investigations and risk assessments
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
