  • Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes as required.
  • Support training, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and support workforce strategies aligned with company growth and operational goals.
  • Help promote a safe, inclusive, respectful, and equitable workplace culture. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Field:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or advisor roles. Previous experience in mining, resource, or industrial industries is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian (and NL) employment and labour law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily a professional office environment, with regular use of a computer and standard office equipment.
  • Extended period of sitting at a desk.
  • Deadline driven work.
