Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and employee development while working in a collaborative environment that values innovation, quality, safety and efficiency. The HR Generalist will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies, streamlining processes, and supporting our company’s mission to foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
- Maintain and update employee files as required.
- Support training & development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Assist with change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or policy updates.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies by conducting documentation updates.
- Collaborate with leadership on project management tasks related to HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide administrative support related to human resources management tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and policy documentation.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies and human resources management practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data collection reports for insights into HR trends and metrics.
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional seeking a comprehensive position that combines strategic initiatives with operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
