Overview

A prestigious luxury residential tower located in Downtown Vancouver is seeking an experienced and professional Head Concierge to lead our concierge team.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and extensive experience in luxury residential or hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Concierges while ensuring adherence to building policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training, onboarding, and ongoing development of Concierge team members.
  • Oversee front desk operations and maintain the highest level of resident service.
  • Welcome residents and guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with building management, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure concierge operations run efficiently and maintain service excellence standards.
  • Mentor team members and assist with conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Concierge in a luxury residential, hospitality, or similar environment (required).
  • 5+ years of combined experience in concierge, guest services, hospitality, or luxury residential operations (preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling resident relations and service recovery.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
