Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Night Line Cooks/Closers to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food service and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Night Line Cook/Closer, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist with food handling and ensure proper food storage practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in kitchen team meetings and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
• Closing duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for cooking and helping create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
