The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with project coordination, organization, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks to help keep the team running efficiently.

This position is primarily focused on organization, coordination, and execution rather than creative design. The successful candidate will work in-office a few days per week and play an important role in maintaining consistency across marketing materials, templates, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and coordinating marketing projects, timelines, and team deliverables
• Managing and updating PowerPoint and marketing templates to ensure brand consistency
• Sourcing and organizing approved photos and marketing assets following brand guidelines
• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks that support the marketing department
• Pulling campaign analytics and helping compile reports and performance metrics
• Supporting email marketing and digital marketing initiatives as needed
• Maintaining organized marketing files, resources, and project documentation
• Helping ensure marketing materials align with established brand standards and guidelines
• Coordinating schedules, tracking deadlines, and following up on outstanding items
• Providing general support to help keep the marketing team efficient and on track
• Proofing marketing content

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — you catch the things others miss
• Strong writing skills with an eye for accuracy and consistency
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and know when to escalate
• A creative thinker who isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table
• Comfortable with tools like Adobe Express, InDesign, and email marketing platforms
• Experience in the travel industry an asset
• Familiarity with WordPress is an asset
• An understanding of responsible AI use in marketing
• A growth mindset
• Ability to work independently AND collaboratively as a team
• A passion for travel is a definite bonus
• Post-secondary education in marketing
