About the Opportunity

Recently named by Toronto Life as one of 2026's Best New Restaurants, a rare and exceptional opportunity awaits in the heart of Toronto. This is not just another hospitality role—it’s a chance to set a new standard in guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence.

We seek a Guest Experience Manager with 3+ years in high-caliber hospitality, where you’ve demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. This role is for a visionary who thrives in dynamic environments and understands that true hospitality lies in the details—anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and creating unforgettable moments.

Core Purpose

To orchestrate and elevate every facet of the guest journey, from the first reservation to the final farewell, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and a team culture rooted in warmth and precision.

Key Responsibilities1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence

  • Design and implement service protocols that reflect the unique identity of our restaurant and cocktail bar.
  • Resolve guest concerns with grace and creativity, turning challenges into loyalty-building opportunities.
  • Monitor and elevate guest satisfaction scores (target: 4.8+ on OpenTable/Google) through real-time feedback and staff coaching.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and inspire a reservation team, fostering a culture of anticipatory service and camaraderie.
  • Develop training programs for hosts, emphasizing emotional intelligence and technical skill.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear growth milestones for the team.

3. Operational Mastery

  • Oversee reservations and seating strategies to maximize revenue and flow (e.g., optimizing walk-ins vs. reservations).
  • Collaborate with the Beverage Manager/ Sommelier and Chef on event programming (e.g., chef’s tables, cocktail pairings)

4. Strategic Innovation

  • Analyze guest data to identify trends and opportunities (e.g., popular dish pairings, slow-selling wines).
  • Pilot new initiatives (e.g., loyalty programs, VIP membership perks) to drive repeat visits.

Why Join Us?

  • Autonomy to shape the guest experience from the ground up.
  • Competitive compensation with bonuses tied to guest and team success.
  • Growth opportunities as we expand our portfolio.
