The Role:

Algo Communication Products Ltd. is an information technology company manufacturing and supplying IP audio and video communication products to our global customers. We work with some of the largest technology companies in the world to make industrial communication safe, simple and effective. We are looking for a talented, energetic individual with a dedication to quality and attention to detail to join our growing team in Burnaby, B.C.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Customer Service Associate will be working directly with customers to provide quotes, accept customer orders, fulfill shipments and support the logistics team. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, the Customer Service Associate will ensure that customer orders are managed with combination of speed, quality and accuracy from the placement of the order to delivery to the customer. The Customer Service Associate must represent Algo as the friendly and helpful face of the company to many customers.

**This role is full time in office at our Burnaby HQ**

Core Responsibilities

- Liaise with customers on order-related questions including pricing, availability, and delivery status.
- Receive, verify and process orders by phone, email, or customer online portal or mail and check orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Liaise with shipping/freight companies to assist customer tracking requests.
- Input orders to ERP system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Transmit and Upload invoices to customer according to requirements.
- Work closely with the Logistics Manager to prioritize orders based upon customer requirements and supply availability.
- Support logistics department with documentation and reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, specifically verbal and written communication skills
- A relentless focus on attention to detail
- Strong computer skills - proficiency with MS Office suite and ERP systems (SAP) an asset
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- An ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. With a friendly can-do attitude the ideal candidate will be an effective communicator that serves as a positive face of the company to our customers.

This is a full-time in office position working from our 4500 Beedie Street Burnaby B.C. facility. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications along with group medical and dental benefits.

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
