Overview
Nous cherchons un gérant de plancher pour assurer l'exécution des opérations quotidiennes et le support du directeur général. Expérience en gestion et en restauration requise. Disponibilités les soirs et fins de semaine. Lieu de travail dynamique, service rapide et de qualité, volume élevé.

Le Bar Edicola fait partie du Groupe Provisions, regroupant le Bar Dominion, la Boucherie Bar à vin Provisions ainsi que le restaurant Le Petit Italien.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Operate POS systems
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
  • Lead customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar environment in accordance with health standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Implement hospitality best practices to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards is an asset
  • Experience with POS systems (Lightspeed)
  • Supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Skills in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members is an asset
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
