Customer Experience & Operations Team Member (Part-Time)

Etobicoke, ON | 16–20 Hours/Week

• Direct-to-door online ordering
• Our Smoothie Bar inside McEwan Fine Foods (66 Wellington St., Toronto)
• A growing wholesale business serving grocery, cafés, hotels, workplaces and other food service partners

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through email and online communications
• Printing, packing and preparing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Receiving, organizing and restocking inventory
• Keeping our warehouse organized, clean and running smoothly
• Booking courier shipments and communicating with delivery partners
• Supporting inventory counts and operational tasks
• Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
• Pitching in wherever needed—because that's how great teams work

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Loves providing outstanding customer service
• Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
• Is organized, dependable and detail-oriented
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Brings a positive attitude and is willing to learn
• Communicates professionally in both written and spoken English
• Is comfortable using email, Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
• Has previous experience in customer service, administration, fulfillment, retail or warehouse operations

Hours

• 16–20 hours per week
• Morning shifts at our warehouse (in Etobicoke) starting between 8:00–8:30 AM
• Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• Opportunity for additional hours and future full-time opportunities based on performance and business growth.
