About Us

We’re a proudly family-owned business with deep Italian roots and a passion for coffee that runs through everything we do. Our specialty lies in premium espresso machines, high-quality accessories, and a curated selection of coffee products that bring the café experience into homes across North America.

Over the years, we've built a loyal customer base through our warm, personalized service, deep product knowledge, and commitment to quality. Our retail store offers hands-on guidance for enthusiasts and professionals alike, while our Shopify Plus-powered eCommerce store is quickly expanding into a national destination for coffee lovers.

We believe in doing things right — whether that’s brewing the perfect shot of espresso or creating a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take our brand to the next level and play a key role in shaping our future

Location: Toronto/Vaughan (On-site 3–4 days/week)

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate who can own and execute both our eCommerce marketing and our in-store brand experience. This is not a purely digital role — it’s a hybrid position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, family-run retail environment.

You’ll manage our online store content, coordinate with a digital agency for SEO/PPC, and work closely with suppliers and retail staff to execute promotions, signage, events, and in-store merchandising. If you love seeing your work go live both online and on the sales floor — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce & Digital Execution (Shopify Plus)

  • Maintain and update our Shopify Plus store: homepage banners, product collections, landing pages, and content.
  • Execute SEO-related tasks like product page optimization, metadata updates, and internal linking — based on guidance from our SEO agency.
  • Coordinate content for product launches, email campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and automations (e.g., abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).
  • Collaborate with our digital agency to support ongoing PPC and SEO campaigns.

In-Store & Physical Marketing

  • Design and manage signage, print materials, window displays, and branded POS assets.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to coordinate and execute in-store promotions, including price changes, promotional signage, and printed price tags.
  • Support and plan seasonal campaigns, customer events, trade shows, and educational experiences (e.g., demos, tastings, workshops).
  • Coordinate with retail staff to ensure promotions, events, and pricing updates are executed accurately and consistently.
  • Maintain cohesive brand presentation between online and physical locations.

Social Media & Content Coordination

  • Manage social media scheduling, posting, and light community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Capture and coordinate in-store content (photos, videos, events) that supports product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.
  • Align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals.
  • Work with team members or creators to develop content for larger campaigns when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a retail or hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency with Shopify Plus for managing store content and updates.
  • Comfortable implementing SEO updates (e.g. product page edits) with direction from an agency.
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Basic social media management skills and comfort capturing visual content.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills — able to coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and staff.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and ready to get things done — whether it's online or in-store.

Bonus Skills

  • Passion for coffee or espresso culture.
  • Experience in retail, especially consumer products or specialty goods.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or Trello.
