Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment and preventing loss or damage through proactive surveillance and enforcement of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and loss prevention.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, or vendors.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify safety hazards or security breaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies.
  • Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately.
