Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a compassionate environment dedicated to animal health and well-being.

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update client information regularly
  • Process payments and handle billing transactions accurately
  • Assist with laboratory procedures and record keeping as needed
  • Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Selling of food and medications
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
