Position Summary:

  • Process customer orders in accordance with department procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Communicate with customers to streamline order acceptance and processing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate internally to complete customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate order-processing records, including digital and hardcopy records.

Typical Duties:

  • Utilize ERP to process customer orders and maintain accurate order information.
  • Validate orders for processing (product specifications, pricing, shipping details, billing, etc.).
  • Communicate with product managers and designers to streamline order processing activities.
  • Work with production schedulers and planners when order rescheduling is needed.
  • Request missing customer information to streamline order processing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding production updates and delivery schedules.
  • Manage change orders and cancellations.
  • Process return material requests and ensure timely resolution.

Education:

Post secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Experience:

5 Years experience in Customer Service, including orders processing and commercial lifecycle

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • ERP systems
  • Proficient in English

Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
