Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food preparation and dining areas are clean and sanitized. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in the food industry and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Assist customers with menu selections, including upselling items to enhance their dining experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
  • Sanitate work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry is required.
